        My sister who has a disability went in there to pay her phone the other day and was charged $90 when her phone was supposed to be $62 and when asked for a receipt the lady unplugged the computer and said sorry she will text it to her and this isn't the first time that this lady gave my sister issues

        If I could give 0 I would!!!! I had called customer service in the morning and was ask to come in into store with a picture ID to be help with device. I stop at this location and as soon I walked in the girl yelled Im helping someone without even a welcome. Second I raised my concern and she straight said we cant help you. She never even got into my account. Super rude experience I will not be back to this store and will let everyone know to go to another location. Worst customer service ever!!!
