I wish I had the same extremely positive experience as others who have left reviews. My experience was a mixed bag. Initially I thought JJS was FANTASTIC! They were so excited to help get us up and running. They were pre-existing contacts from my business partner. They were warm and welcoming. However, when my business partner and I decided to split, which meant closing the account, I felt like all the support kind of evaporated into thin air. So did the kindness. It wasnt until I left a negative review online that the tonality shifted almost back to how it was prior, which I am grateful forbut also disappointed that I had to become a Karen in order to receive answers to my questions and help closing the account. The service started great! If that level of service was consistent, they probably wouldve received 5 stars from me. Theyd also probably have at least one merchant account for each of my current businesses (4) instead of only the one I closed. Id recommend Megan over anyone else in the office to deal with. Beverly was impersonal and slightly argumentative. Rae was misleading entirely. Megan mightve been brash, but eventually came around. Again, for that I am grateful. I wish you ladies luck in the future, and hope my experience draws light to the client experience you provide.

Stellar experience working with Megan. JJS Global and the team are excellent at understanding our processing needs and are very resourceful in coming up with solutions to any issue that arises. Highly recommend having them in your corner for processing needs. Many years of business with them have passed and many more to come! Shout out Megan for being such a great partner!

Absolutely the best relationship I have ever had with my company. They are responsive and immediate with any and all things I have ever asked or wanted and quickly fix any issue that may ever come up. Beyond that, my direct support is Megan. She is absolutely wonderful, she helps and solves any and everything I have ever asked. Over the years I have processed with JJs global she has not only helped me grow professionally but has also become a friend. Thank you Megan and JJs Global!!!
