        This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. Amanda at the front desk. Gave me wrong information, than said oops. They just try to make everything a problem.

        Very nice people in the office but I had my car brought here after my crash and I had an expensive shift knob STOLEN off the car, It was at a different yard before but I had actually went to that tow yard and retrieved cash and other valuables of that nature but wasnt able to take the shift knob due to the insurance claim so i had to wait for approval but by then the car was already at copart and the shift knob was off, same with a car magazine but I dont really care to much about that. Both copart and the other tow yard deny taking off the knob. Just be careful when you have your car brought here, this isnt the first review on stuff being taken off/from the car. And the shift knob was over $200, and you dont just twist it off, someone knew the value of it and used a wrench to unscrew it. And whoever took it definitely has experience with type rs..

        I would highly advise people to avoid this place. I was in an accident a few months ago, and my insurance company had my car towed here before it was taken to the repair shop. Coparts took off my license plates from my car, and proceeded to lose them. I called and they said they checked around the shop but they couldnt find them, claiming they were probably lost in one of the buckets. I feel safe to assume that they illegally sold my license plates to make a quick buck. I have since reported my plates stolen to the police. They were unhelpful and dismissive. Do NOT trust

        Bad timing I spend more than 3 ours for getting one car I just saw some people pay to the loader for getting the cars faster and that affects everyone queue my appointment was at 11 and Im still here 3 hours later
