I worked with John. I went into the meeting with Little to no knowledge about setting up a LLC and how taxes work with a LLC. He took the time to set up the LLC for me and explain everything that I needed to know in terms that I could understand. All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be counting services with I&I Tax and Accounting as I move forward with my business.
