    Sure wish zero stars was an option. Inconsistent service on picking up trash and recycle. Abysmal customer service that somehow is managing to get worse. Attempts to speak to managers go ignored. If you have a choice, like I do fortunately, choose a different provider.

    Pickup service was good But LRS messed up my bill When the error was discovered After several lengthy phone calls They suspended my service Never late paying But suspended anyways Horrible accounting absolutely horrible service department Changing service now And to add I will take a few neighbors with me What a hassle Pay attention when they bill you if they mess up its still your fault

    This is a horrible business. They missed pickups and blamed it on their driver. We canceled 4 months ago and continued to get billed for Services NOT RENDERED. All of our neighbors canceled the service as well. Worst company we have ever dealt with!

    Dont do business with this company! They added an account of someone elses to mine and couldnt fix it and sent me to collections. I called many times and they said they would fix it and call me back and transferred me back and forth. Nothing was ever done. What a scam. Also Kami from their customer service is the rudest person I ever talked to. She Kept cutting me off mid sentence to say she was not done telling me something and if I would be quite she could talk! I said ok, let me know when your done so I can talk and Then she transfers me to a voice mail, never returned! How unprofessional! Her job must suck to be such a mean person! Will never do business with them or recommend them. Flood Brothers have been great with no issues!
