Hello. We are saddened to hear of your dissatisfaction of our services. There indeed were previous electrical issues reported that we asked one of our 3rd party contractors to address. If those issues were not addressed, I am unsure as to wether it was due to the contractor not following through or if the contractor attempted to follow through and was possibly not given the opportunity to access the property. I assure you we will look into this. Secondly, the owner of this particular property has stated he will handle the HVAC maintenance. Meyer Property Group has been instructed to not coordinate HVAC maintenance on the property. Please let us know if you are aware of any issues with the HVAC that need to be addressed and we will happily discuss with the property owner.Third, no employee would intentionally harass or fabricate stories to a tenant or property owner. Our goal is to do everything within our means to make sure our clients (property owner) and customers (tenants) are completely satisfied with our services and comfortable in their homes. If you have a concern with one of the employees, it would be best to contact the Managing Broker of the office to discuss, and hopefully resolve, any unsettling concerns. Instead, there was an assumption made which was followed by inaccurate reviews of Meyer Property Group. I would like to add that there is no mention of the extensive help of a certain Meyer Property Group employee who spent hours on Christmas day trying to assist the tenant with a water leak at your property. It seems tenants only think to leave reviews when they believe they have had a negative experience.Again, please feel free to contact Meyer Property Group with any outstanding concerns.
