Today I received amazing service with Signature Custom Painting! From the time of seeking an quote to the day of service, Travis was very responsive, knowledgeable, and had a great deal of patience as I was so undecided. He helped me make the best choice and even offered photos of recommendations to help me solve the internal conflict I was having on color options. I had a very great experience and look forward to the future projects we have talked about. The work that was performed was outstanding and very professional. Broken door and subpar painting! Travis put a hole through the door to our nursery and didn’t say a word about what he had done. When we found the damage, he said he would fix it. After a little over a month, we pick up a stained, slab door (no door handle hole or hinges) that is too big and does not match the dimensions sent. Travis refused to install the new door and said it is our “liability.” The slab of wood is useless as the door should have been trimmed to size before being stained. For the painting, we had to touch up around 15 spots on the walls. We had to cover the ceiling paint that was on the walls. The closet ceiling now has a border where it was not painted around the edges. We had to repatch the holes from the blinds as the anchors had just been painted over. We spent quite a bit of money for a service we ended up fixing and will now have to pay a couple hundred dollars for a carpenter to fix the door. Service: Interior painting
