        Heritages prompt response to my last minute call for help impressed me the most. My AC failed at 1 AM; I called them by 10 AM; they promised to respond between 12-2 PM, and Jim arrived at 11:45 AM! This is the first service call where the technician arrived early! That alone warrants my favor. Jim diagnosed the problem swiftly, his explanation was clear, concise, and comprehensive, and they are due to return in two days with the fix. I am looking forward to this being complete and have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience. Best service call I have received in years. Thank you, Jim and thank you Heritage.
