If I could give them negative stars I would. The landscaping division is horrible. Josh Shaw does not show up on time or doesn't show up at all. He will not answer calls, text or emails. Half my plants died within the six month time frame. After 3 attempts at contacting him last October, I was promised he would be out the following week and the plants replaced. Its June and after many attempts of trying to get a hold of him and continued excuses and promises to get the work done, nothing has been taken care of. They did not honor their guarantee of replacing the dead plants nor give me credit so I could do the work myself. After getting no where with Josh, I called who I was told was "the boss". Very rude, would not even listen, kept interrupting...At one point even used the words I don't care. I explained I had a licensed landscaper come out and look at the job which Josh did and was told, the plants died because they were not planted deep enough. He in turn blamed me for the plants dying. I wish I could post pictures of all the beautiful trees, plants, bushes and flowers on my property that I take care of. However if he would have offered to come out here himself, he would have seen that. Not sure how he can defend someone and blame someone else over the phone...he made no effort to see, let alone fix the problem himself. I work in a place where customer service is number one. I dont think this company even knows what customer service is. I would suggest to anyone in search of a landscaper to ask around. Ask local nurseries, or companies that sell their plants to these landscapers. After having this problem with stonebridge, I was told I'm not the only one. Wish I would have done my research first.
