Greatly impressed with the overall experience. Installation of vinyl plank flooring was done in a bedroom, hallway, living room, & several closets. If I knew it was going to look this good, I would have made the flooring update a lot sooner. All that remains is for me to remove the contents of another bedroom for the flooring installation to be completed. Visitors have expressed positive comments. Glad I chose Vallow Flooring.

A wonderful experience and kindness and generosity that I get to remember for the rest of my life. On occasion, one hears on the news a story of vulnerable people being taken advantage of by predatory and disreputable people in the business of doing home modifications and improvements. On fewer occasions, one hears of stand-up businesses taking pride in their trade, reputation and service who come in and help remedy the wrongs. This is what Vallow Flooring did for us, helping us to recover our home and, from some damage to our hearts and, despair. Everyone at Vallow Flooring was so helpful, relaxed and friendly. There's definitely a good vibe there. The women in the back certainly give the impression that they care about their customers, their homes and their needs. Visits to the store were enjoyable, especially for this. Mr. Vallow knew exactly which flooring would cover all the bases for the home and suggested a color and textural variety that we might not have considered, ourselves. It's perfect. In the shifting diffusion of light from the Southern exposure, the selected flooring contributes to perceptions of space and more light throughout the home. Our flooring was installed shortly before the Christmas holiday by Corey, Jeremy and, Adam. I would wish this group on anyone that I know, not just because they whipped through our entire place in 6 hours doing lovely work, but because I had a real feeling of trust for each one of them. Each one of them answered questions, showed me things, explained things with friendliness, affability and, even humor. Every day as I am reordering and reorganizing the home and when shafts of light illuminate sections of our flooring, I think about the people involved in making this happen and what they have in themselves to go forward and accomplishing the task. I'm getting daily doses of deep appreciation. It's an adjustment! I don't have the words but, I do have the privilege of considering that we are the grateful recipients of hands that labored for us and hearts that moved them to do so. I would recommend Vallow Flooring for their beautiful store and selections, quality of work, but more so for the qualities of justifiable pride in their work, business and trade integrity, heart and quality of employees. I cannot walk around in my socks without remembering the group who came out on installation day. They have given me a most wonderful memory. It all started with the wife of an employee and went from there. The flooring in this disabled home would have been years down the road, without a chain of goodness, kindness, generosity, outrage and, I believe, Mr. Vallow making this a point of professional pride. Im full up.

Last week we had Vallow replace carpeting in two bedrooms, two closets, and down the steps to the finished basement. Derek, Corey and Adam were the installers and did a SUPER job! They were polite, very helpful in replacing furniture, and thorough in cleaning up after they were finished. We love using local merchants who have their own staff and don't contract out the work. We've used Vallow before, and will certainly use them again! Another satisfied customer all the way!

I ordered $6,000 worth of carpeting which was approved by Martin vallo the owner of the store who did the measurements and told me everything would be great. Total disaster the installers say they cannot install it. Mark Vallow told me to just redo my interior design to figure it out myself. Now I'm stuck with $6,000 worth of carpet in a basement media room. I completely stopped all renovation efforts and have nobody to install it. Mark Vallows response along with Karla the clerk, has been "we'll take off $400 as a discount and remove the $800 installation charge.... enjoy your carpet". My numerous requests for help and guidance went zero nowhere. Guess I'll call Habitat for Humanity and donate $6,000 worth of carpeting and padding and start over . Thanks Vallow guys for taking nearly $6,000 out of my pocket and making my dream media room into a nightmare. Seems no one will install carpet for under $4.25 per square foot so I would have to spend an additional $4250 plus $375 for stairs since now the carpet I have from Vallow is not part of package deal and Vallow won't install what they delivered to me as part of the original order. Please note 90% of the response fron Vallow is absolutely untrue. They did not give me free carpet. I originally ordred and paid for the entire basement floor and the stairs leading to the basement to be carpeted. It was Mark Vallow who told me I had to replace at least 120 square feet carpet withl hard surface to allow their installers to lay down the carpet I originally ordered for the ENTIRE basement floor and stairs. Repeat...original plan and measurements were for entire floor and stairs were to be carpeted. I did try to get hard flooring down in place to match the planned marble tile for fireplace surround...which cost me another 900.00 but sadly I when I had to order more tile for the Vallow demand to get my carpet installed, I discovered this marble tile was no longer in stock at the Tile Bar .. so that marble original tile went to Habitat for Humanity. And I am back to square one. The only truth in the nonsense below is that they did visit with installers twice but only to tell me that I needed to meet their demand to live with "lots of seams" and still go ahead with at least 120 square feet of hard surface (which must match whatever I will order for fireplace surround) material to at my expense to accomodate Vallow installers. Out of pocket for me at least 1800.00 minimum plus months of delays and worthless customer service. Shame on you Vallow .
