        1st time user. A sport coat I had cleaned came back missing a button. I called about it and they had me bring it back. within 1 day I got it back with the button replaced, no charge. the button matched perfectly. Will be my go to cleaner from now on.

        I went here to originally get alterations and cleaning to find out they do everything at a different location. So I didnt go with the alterations but I let them clean my brand new shirt. I got it back dirty and immediately reached out which they took it back. After 3 more times of going there because every night they told me it would be in, I got it back with lint all over it and wrinkles. Complete waste of time.

        I was pestered by this company to write a review so I will: I will never use Apple Cleaners again and I will actively caution people against going here, not because the dry cleaning is bad but because they will harass you via text and email dozens of times. I receive ELEVEN emails from them and I don't know how many texts because I deleted them all, only one of which was letting me know my coat was ready to be picked up. I have unsubscribed THREE TIMES and I am still getting texts and emails. This is a terrible business plan to harass customers with spam they do not want and didn't request.
