We LOVE Dr. Nick! After our car accident, he was able to get my family in right away. He treated all of us like we have known him forever! Besides being a great human who's personable, he fixed us right up as well! I couldn't recommend him enough!

I came in with pretty significant lower back pain and after a few visits with Dr. Ryan and Dr. Nick Im feeling much better! They gave me an adjustment, hooked me up to a stimulation machine and then a deep tissue laser treatment. They also showed me some stretches to do on my own. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and the entire staff was very friendly, I absolutely recommend Rozell Spine & Sport!

I came to see Dr. Ryan Tinsley several months ago with a head and neck injury. Together we worked up a plan to get the pain in control and start healing. Dr. Tinsley assesses me each time to measure my level of pain and stage of healing to determine whether to use dry needles, acupuncture, or lazer or what works to make me better. Thank you Dr. Tinsley.

I have seen Dr. Tinsley 3 times now and I am feeling much better. I am so out of wack with my back and hips. But I have confidence that with regular visits he will get me all aligned. Thank you so much for helping me.
