Very disappointed that the items are always so frozen you can't eat it for hours. Microwave is not an option unless you want to ruine the texture.

You had an item from the cold case which keeps all items very cold and firm for prolonged freshness. These items should take only about 20 to 30 minutes to return to room temperature. This is the best place in the world. I havent had a single treat I didnt absolutely love. Everyone who works in the shop is wonderful. The prices are affordable and its an extra bonus that their funds go back into community support.
