NO HOT WATER!!!! ....This seems to be a regular problem at this Pilot location! .....and the last time I was in here (November sometime)...they had the same thing going on!! Sooooo....unless you are a Polar Bear....enjoy a refreshing COLD shower!!!!!!

Being in a truck all the time OTR u have no choice but to use travel center facilities and most are clean and the showers are usually . This pilot location though the showers/bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a while there was dried pee all over the toilet and just not somewhere u would want to stop; also rats everywhere in the parking lot. Like the size of my small dog rats.

Walked in at 12:05 am on 04/03/24 to purchase a shower. Walked up to the counter. Young lady on the counter was on the phone with her boyfriend or whomever and continued to giggle and continue with the conversation as I patiently waited. Next I asked to pay for the shower using my app. Mind you I am a professional driver with lots and lots of points and she had the audacity to tell me that I had no shower points which I could clearly see on the app that I had unlimited showers. I honestly don't think she scanned so I offered to use my phone number to check for points but again she said I had none.Which is clearly not the case. To just avoid conflict I just offered to pay the $18 with my card and just sort it out later as I was on a timed load. I did but on my way to the shower, the code wouldn't work. Walked back up politely and asked her to help out. She was still on the phone on a personal call. She called over her friend and they instructed me to go ahead and wait over by the bathroom and a young man would be there to assist. I went there and there was nobody! So I calmly walk back up to the counter and they both were on a three way conversation at this point and didn't even bother to help till I interrupted when they then called the gentleman. Apparently he was out in his car listening to music. Not to be yapping about the points and a shower but is this how you treat professional drivers at night? Can someone please in management check out what is going on in that store and retrain if necessary. Sorry for the long review but the young man who was to help also had earphones on listening to music. Didn't utter a word and he punched in a code and door opened. I said thank-you and went in. As I was too tired to talk or argue! Guess what the showers were half clean!!! like theres no lines and you still cannot clean a shower properly?? I have showered at this location plenty of times before and that shower to be exact before too and I promise you this was not a clean shower! But what do you do but write a google review and rate it the lowest so you can get the managers attention just for the sake of all the other customers who did not speak up on that shift! 12:15 am 4/3/24. Managers please do something!!!!

One of the DIRTIEST pilots We reserved a shower through the app As we walked in the shower noticed trash can bag was full of trash toilet had hairs and toilet paper And the most important the shower had no cold water We ask the cashier for help she ask maintenance person but didnt had a response She helped us getting another shower and the door wasnt opening and when she opened it with her key that other shower was exactly the same full of trash with hair from the previous person The shower handle was lose We appreciate her help and tried not to loose it with her plus shes pregnant and didnt want to give her a hard time She did what she could But it is TOTALLY NOT OK with places like these not to treat their costumers like humans TRUCK DRIVERS deserve a better place to take a shower after 10 hrs of driving Yes we understand some arent the cleanest but most of them ARE please be more humans with them at least make your employees do their job like theyre are supposed to
