Accredited Roofing

I was having leaks in 2 spots in my roof Steve came out did an inspection shot a video of the inspection and what needed to be done then sent it to me. I thought that was awesome. They applied a silicone product that doesn’t crack however it does stretch pretty cool because after 2 days of rain I had no more leakage. I was very happy with the service as well as how professional they were. My home is in the city of St. Louis and I recommend this company for those that are in need of roofing service. I contracted with Accredited Roofing in or about August 2017. When their sub contractor delivered the materials to my roof damage was done to the framing of my roof structure. Accredited went ahead and replaced the roof and pushed me off on their sub contractor. It is now mid November and I am still trying to get my roof (which will/could collapse) repaired. In the process of getting other contractors to look at this situation (which is going to cost approximately $40K to fix) it was discovered that the roof venting was not installed properly. Although they have offered to fix it, the entire roof has to be torn off and re-done to correct the damage done to my home. Accredited has been unhelpful, unprofessional and unwilling to help me in resolving this matter.
