        I placed an online order on the app. An hour later I get to Joanns and I notice that no progress was made with my order. So I call and no one picks up the phone, so I go in and ask about the details on my order. The lady that was at the register was nice and very helpful. The lady that was doing the online however was extremely rude. When finished my order, mind you it was only two skeins of yarn(in the same color even!) she came up to me and told me that the cutoff for online orders was 6 pm on week days, which I understand but I put my order in at 5:25 so there shouldnt have been any issues especially since they had an hour before I even got there to fulfill the order. I feel like that lady was angry because she actually had to do her job and was mad at me when i put my order in with enough time for them to fulfill it. This is the first woman there that was extremely rude to me, every other worker has been extremely helpful and respectful.
