        Started well drilling process July 2023. Did not complete until December 2023. Water quality is terrible and will not pass health inspections. Did not follow up with our last conversation about how to fix the issues.

        I have been contacting Mr bassham for one year. Since October 6th 2022 I have been messaging Mr bassham trying to get him to come to my house and look at my well. If my well can't be fixed I was going to have a new one drilled. Mr bassham has promised that he would come over several times but has not. I am done.

        We needed a new pressure switch for our pump ASAP. We called Bill around 9 am on Labor Day, and he arrived even sooner than expected. He solved the problem and installed a new switch within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his services! Service: Pump repairs & installation
