Derek and his team at Wiseman Home Team, are absolutely amazing, I called Derek on Christmas morning saying "Hey i want to work with you to get us into a house" he jumped on it, we already had a home picked that we wanted so we made it easy. Derek and his team made everything possible in a little over a month, we could not be happier with the dedication, knowledge, and hard work that him and his team put into this! We couldn't have done it without you! i will FOREVER recommend the Wiseman Home Team for anybody looking to buy a home! Thank you Derek!

Our realtor with Wiseman didn't file the amendment paperwork and was fired. When we tried to get several of the tests and inspections done and remediation for things like mold that SHOULD have been in the amendment (and had been promised by the realtor) Derek Wiseman threatened to drop the deal entirely. Under threat of losing the only house that we had found that met my wife's health criteria after over a year of looking we ended up having to pay for a significant portion of what should have been written into the amendment. Wiseman paid for a portion of some of it, but only after we took our concerns to the broker that oversees them. Even then, it was a hassle to get the Radon mitigation finished as they pushed back on the billing until I forwarded the email communications between the broker and I over to the radon people that expressly stated it should be billed to wiseman. Over all it was a nightmare of an experience and I cannot recommend this realtor to anyone.
