Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping

FXB is an amazing place. First and foremost, the design of the program is wonderful. The program is for 3 days of kickboxing and 3 days of strength training. I didnt realize how important the strength training portion would be until 6-8 months of dedication. I have definition and strength that I never knew I could have. I have stamina to run and do things I never believed I could. Ive met people I never knew I needed. Its a great community, its a positive community. I honestly feel that everyone wants you to have success- big or small. Try the 10 week challenge, you might amaze yourself.

Ferrells is much more than a gym! The daily live instructors at each class are fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. I joined for a 10 week session, and have stayed for 4 years because its always an excellent workout and its actually fun! They crank up the music and make an environment for you to really push yourself in each workout. Every workout is different, so your muscles stay challenged and keep growing.
