Donald Knuckey Jr. Attorney at Law

Mr. Knuckey has represented me in a family case for well over 2 years now. I believe that the reason it has taken this long is almost entirely because of Mr. Knuckeys lackadaisical attitude and his spiritless presence in the courtroom and In general. His failure to "fight" for me as his client has left me with next to no access to my child in years and countless hoops to be traversed to even begin to rectify what his inaction has caused. Mr. knuckeys decision to work for a affordable legal firm in retrospect is a irresponsible and reckless thing to do on behalf of his clients past, present, and future. I wish I had recognized it earlier, but it is abundantly clear to me now that he is no family case lawyer. after all this I wouldn't trust him as a attorneyp even in the bankruptcy field. I can only imagine he is just as inept there. well over 2 years of extensions and drawbacks and I've made it nowhere if not backwards. He refuses to answer calls or emails to even acknowledge me or my case knowing my relationship with my son is in the balance. 0/5 stars if you care about whatever it is youre in court for then do not choose Mr. Donald Knuckey JR to represent you. It has solely been the most detrimental mistake I've ever made. aside from this review I intend to contact the Illinois BAR association as well. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for your representation elsewhere.

Donald Knuckey is the best attorney I have had. He is informative, honest, he doesnt let his client down..he will continue to fight for you as much as he can possibly do. He always responded quickly to my concerns and even legal questions I had not regarding my case. He got my case dismissed!

I must say I had the best experience with Mr. Knuckey Jr! He helped my family come out of a very difficult situation. Very thorough and knowledgeable in how the process works. He sought us through from beginning to end and will forever have our deepest gratitude. Thank you for fighting for us and making things happen you are truly the best at what you do. I have a great deal of respect for lawyers who have compassion and respect for people like myself. Please keep doing what you do, we need more lawyers like Donald!

Do not waste your time or money. Mr. Knuckey was well spoken on the telephone and was acquired through an "affordable legal representation" website online called accesslegalcare.com for lawyers in my area LaSalle County, Illinois Affordable Attorney. He used a portal called Clio connect that he admittedly did not know how to utilize for communication. He lied to the ARDC- Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in regard to his fee, his communication, and his listed telephone number. While he ignored me after he accepted from me a fee of $1195.00, I lost my adult son to an illness that could have been treated if I had received the guardianship I had hired him to attain for me NINE MONTHS PRIOR TO MY SONS DEATH! If I could have given ZERO stars I would have. The ARDC said that I was free to and could file a civil suit against him, but because he finally refunded my entire fee, they had no cause to sanction him. So all I can do is write the review he deserves. Do not trust him. Your father would not be proud of your actions Mr. Knuckey. You should be ashamed of yourself and your conduct. You do not deserve to hold a license to practice law.
