Whether you've got old or new, domestic or import, the guys at Dundee Automotive have you covered. Not only are they skilled, knowledgeable, competitively priced (and on the more reasonable side) and honest, they always answer/respond to your call with a smile. They've been taking care of our old cars for a while now and today was just the best! My car died Saturday; suspected starter. I sent a text this morning and was replied to within minutes. They're busy but said I could have it towed and they'd squeeze it in if they had an opening. If the opening didn't happen, I'd be looking at Fri/Mon. They let me know the car arrived safely since I was at work and then by noon - the car was done!!
Mechanics are everywhere. Goooood mechanics can be hard to come by. But a shop with excellent customer service is a needle in a haystack!!
They are the whole package!

Great repair shop! They consistently provide excellent customer service and will take care of any issue that persists, even if it takes a couple of visits. I highly recommend DA!!

I've been using this shop since I moved to West Dundee in 2017, when it was Randy, Greg, and Patrick all together.
Now it's just Greg that I know, and he's upholding the same quality of work that earned my trust to begin with. I won't take my car anywhere else. Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C replacement, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change
