Bought a faulty device from here 2 days ago. The device was supposed to last around a week according to the guy working there. I got maybe 20 puffs out of it and charged it overnight both nights since the purchase. Came back today to exchange it or get a refund for the thing that cost close to $30 and they could do neither, but offered a $10 discount on a new device. They don't get money back from the manufacturer so they have no interest in taking a return or refunding a customer.
