I would highly recommend Meredith as a real estate agent. We were in the process of buying our first home and having Meredith as our realtor was a true game changer. It's such a daunting process in a competitive market but her extensive knowledge of Chicagoland and the real estate market in general is unmatched. She was super attentive to what we were looking for, constantly giving us updates on houses available in our areas of interest (western suburbs), booking appointments as soon as we could get in, and noticing details about the homes that we would never notice ourselves. Thanks to Meredith's creative strategies in a multi-bid situation our offer got accepted on our dream home in Elmhurst!

Meredith was excellent to work with. She took her time getting to know our families needs and worked to meet every request. She was always available to talk on the phone and was extremely thorough with her communication. Meredith is the absolute best. Were so happy we found her to help us find our first home. She listened to us on what we were looking for (especially when it came to our puppys needs ) , and made the process easy and fun! She even laughed at my husbands corny jokes She was very knowledgeable of the market and helped us make an informed offer on our house. As first time home buyers, and newly married, we had a lot of questions about the process and about the house itself. Meredith helped us get a peace of mind about the process and facilitated the communication with the sellers in a prompt manner which helped speed up the buying process. Overall, extremely satisfied with Merediths service!

We were searching for houses on our own. Didn't want to commit to just one agent because we were looking in different surburbs. We thought that agents would be knowledgeable about their own niche, and so wanted to connect with different agents who knew their particular area. We were so pleasantly surprised when Realtor.com connected us with Meredith. From the start we were so impressed with her follow up, her knowledge about the market, and most importantly her ability to understand what exactly we were looking for.
