We used Eric Sutherland for our first home purchase. He showed us a number of homes in our price range. He was very accommodating with our questions and making to time for us to complete unscheduled home visits. He also worked off-hours when we wanted to put in an offer on short notice.

Eric was excellent to work with. He communicated clearly and often. He brought in the right professionals to assist us in getting our home sold. When it came to closing and moving he was instrumental in helping us address last second issues and getting things taken care of so we could complete our move. We could not have done it all without him.
