If your looking for a realtor you  can't do better than Mike Shutta. I have known Mike for a long time and when it came time for me to buy a house there was no one else I would trust. Mike guided me through the process and made the whole experience stress free. Do yourself a favor and look Mike up. You won't be disappointed.

If you need a great , trustworthy  and on top of it realtor,  Mike is the one you need. Right from the beginning he was always attentive.  He let us be on the timeline we wanted and didn't ever push us or feel pressured. He guided us as first time sellers to do it correctly!  And sold our house in ONE day! He was very accommodating with our hectic schedule and still got us to every house we wanted to see. Even with kids in tow! He found us a house that we LOVE! I would recommend Mike to everyone!

We just closed on buying a home and selling a condo. We met many agents at open houses, but didn't feel comfortable working with any of them until meeting Mike. He was very attentive and knowledgeable when we explained our situation. We were very eager to get our condo on the market and with Mike's help we were able to get listed within the week. Mike was very proactive about taking us on showings. He took us a on few tours before we were even in a position to make an offer on a home. When it came time to consider and make offers, Mike's guidance was extremely valuable.Throughout the entire process, Mike was available whenever we needed to reach him. He kept us informed of what happening and made sure we knew what to expect next. We are very happy with our new home and thrilled with the service Mike provided as our agent!
