Visited Advocate DuPage and paid my bill in full. Months later I started receiving collections calls regarding a mysterious bill from DuPage Emergency Physicians on the same date. I never received a bill and I can't reach anyone about the invoice. Feels like a total scam!!

Was taken here to get checked out after a crash. My insurance covered the bill, a few months later I had a bill in collections, even after I disputed it the bill is still on my credit report. No response from this hospital as to how to get the issue resolved.

I came to the emergency room in August. I noticed that they had the wrong town listed on the forms and corrected them. Needless to say I get dinged on my credit report due to an unpaid bill that I never received. I will not be back to Good Samaritan emergency room in the future.
