        Global Gear & Machining is a great place to work. Team is competent and able to accomplish any tasks assigned to them. Incredible set of design and managing skills. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. We get to speak to all of the team, no exceptions. They're purposeful and deliberate, and once they commit, their work is timely and accurate to what they promise. Outside of being a very professional team with talented engineers and great customer service, theyre very personable. Extremely effective. Able to accomplish a lot in a small amount of time, and on time!. Place with great opportunities for advancements. Management is fair, engaged and provides a good working culture. The company embraces diversity and is very supportive of its staff.
