        Overall bad experience. Tech tried to over sell after evaluating the problem for less than 60 seconds. Then refused to fix the original issue that I made the appointment for. Wasted my morning. Had another company come out and fix the issue in 20 minutes, for a fraction of the cost, with no attitude. Then after repeated requests to be removed from their email and text lists I continue to get messages months later. Poor management and unprofessional techs.

        On the coldest day of the year my garage door would not open; ProLift Garage Doors responded to my desperateness. They alleviated the emergent situation and promptly ordered me a new door. The communication was consistent, and the installation of the new door in the extremely inclement weather was amazing and so greatly appreciated.

        Great customer care and superb product! Devon listened to our needs and delivered. While we encountered difficulties with removal of the old door, Pro Lift's owner, Melvin, kept his promise to remove the old door AND on a holiday weekend! 5+ Stars!!

        Mel and his team were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process of replacing my garage door. Not only was ProLift the most reasonable quote amongst 3 other reputable garage vendor estimates in the Chicagoland area, but Technician Martin Robles knocked it out of the park with his expert, meticulous installation of the new garage door. Could not have been happier with the resulting new door!

      Good evening Mr. Grisius. Again, we apologize your your bad experience. We were not aware that our contracted Senior Technician was not following our procedures and policies. Since your event, he was spoken to and then relieved of association with ProLift Garage Doors. We do not tolerate poor interactions, attitude, and definitely not even trying to address the customer's asks and needs. Our procedure is to 1) listen and address the customer's needs, 2) make suggestions by offering options for you to choose, and 3) deliver with the highest quality of service. Ultimately, our goal is to help homeowners like yourself to make better improvements to one of your biggest investments - your home. In regards to receiving a text message today, our messaging service provider did not set the configurations correctly, which resulted in a message being sent to you. On our efforts, we did remove your profile from our CRM system. We did learn today the messaging service provider stores your information despite our efforts to delete and remove. The mistake has been rectified and all customers will not receive unwanted messaging and can also STOP or END when prompted.I do not know how I can convey my regrets any more for your bad experience. We are always learning and improving our processes and procedures. Yes, we make mistakes. However, we do try to correct them from happening again. I thank you again for giving ProLift Garage Doors a chance and know that it is your valuable feedback that helps us improve. Thank you and good luck everything.-- ProLift Garage Doors.
