Michelle brought her creative flare to three major life events since we met:
1. Our engagement party in September 2023
2. Balloon arch and lawn signs welcoming my now husband to his new home in the western suburbs from Manhattan
3. The wedding
Weddings are stressful. There are lots of personalities. Mine was no different. In three hours she was able to create my dream room. Despite this obstacle, she delivered what people from many states are still saying is the boughiest elegant and most chic wedding theyve attended in years. The room itself is pretty, but she made it MAGIC. I forgot I was in a hotel. We had a few meetings and from that she drew to life what far exceeded my expectations. She communicated well with my mom which was really the only thing I cared about because I was busy finishing a demanding job. She knew the types of fresh flowers that would be in season, ones that wouldnt, how to make it colorful without being tacky. It might take her a bit to respond to a text, but it is worth the wait. She is and her partner are busy and a small group. Despite this, she nailed it with the time she was given and the people she had to work around. I really hope I never have another wedding, but I cannot wait to see what she envisions for our next event!

The balloon display for my daughters baby shower was just as I ordered. They delivered on time and everyone loved it. We added our own personal touch.

I had a terrible experience with Rosie for my sister's wedding decoration. Despite promising a certain level of service, she failed to deliver on her commitments. Not only did she fall short on what was promised, but she also charged us unfairly. Her behavior was unprofessional and rude, especially after we had made the payment. It's clear that her professionalism disappears once she receives payment. She completely ruined the most important day for my sister. I strongly advise against making full payment prior to the event with Lavie Flowral, as she cannot be trusted to fulfill her promises. I will not recommend her services to anyone based on this disappointing experience. Im posting a pic of what she has promised vs she delivered. I wish I had read the other negative review I would have saved a lot of money and mental stress. Still waiting for my $3000.00 refund but she is not answering to my calls and text messages.

I am truly disappointed with the services provided by Rosie (owner). Despite promising a breathtaking transformation for my sister in laws wedding hall, the reality fell far short of expectations. The decorations were lackluster, with cheap materials and sloppy execution evident throughout. Not only did they fail to deliver what was promised, but they also had the audacity to overcharge us for the subpar work. It's disheartening to see such disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against entrusting Rosie with any important event decorations.
