Students & Senior Dr. Both are offering best quality Care, professioncy, Communication & safety measures... But I'm unhappy with the policy that the patient has to treat tooth other than he came to do, ,(obligation)!

I was happy with the dental students I had. However, the administrative and accounting staff are incredibly rude. When you don't have insurance, you have to pay the cost. They escort you to the cashier to pay, or during treatment they arrive and rudely charge you if you are Latino. So it's impossible for you to leave without paying. I have paid more than 3,000 dollars out of my pocket from my account, my daughter the same and as I say, it is impossible to leave without paying. When they changed the system, those who made payments did not know how to handle it. Then also That the person who makes the charges is rude, when she did not know about the new system, she tells the students about changing the concepts, it turned out that she made me appear a debt, and even though they see that the charges are made every consultation, that is paid, they do not resolve the matter. First they tell me that everything is separate and they mix everything up, so I go, I pay for my contact lenses, I do the exam and in addition to the fact that they force you and force you to do more and more studies even if you have the prescription, and ordering the lenses, that money They took it from me for a debt that is not true, that they do not resolve and they did not even send me my glasses. It's seriously a hassle dealing with them, it doesn't matter if you show them the payments, you explain to them, the person who makes the payments is completely unprofessional, rude and doesn't know. I regret going here and not because of the students, but because of the administrative and accounting staff. Yes, it's racism, discrimination, and you feel helpless because my problem hasn't been fixed for months. Here you will receive the automatic response that they care about our opinion and we communicate with them, but really, what I am dealing with is unacceptable, they take you as if you did not pay, when they treat you badly in each and every payment I did it and because of someone's mistake they are overcharging me.

I went there for dental work and my mom goes there for both vision and dental. The students are really amazing and talented and the professors are always checking on every patient. A blessing for low income folks

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its staff! My physical therapist (Dr Borgenhammer) is incredibly smart, knowledgeable and practical and has helped me to relieve my back and hip pain. After going to other physical therapy places in the area and feel frustrated by a lack of progress, I am over the moon to have found a place where the people are nice, they listen to your needs, and they help you to solve your pain issues in ways that work for your lifestyle.
