I've been using Labuda and Lemerman for over ten years now. Jeff does a fantastic job, has saved me a ton of money and it's always a pleasure hanging out having my accounting needs taken care of when I stop in for a visit. After using Jeff Lemerman to file 2017 taxes, I wish I had just used TurboTax. After dealing with a team lacking basic customer service skills, we were glad to be done with Lemerman. We paid his invoice, then got notice from the IRS saying our 2017 taxes were never filed. We thought it was a mistake and sent the IRS the paperwork Lemerman sent to us, but the IRS insisted they never got it. After trying to reach Jeff over 3 days, by phone, email and postal mail, we are still awaiting his response. I highly recommend using do-it-yourself software. TurboTax has never messed up our taxes!
