Shem showed up right in the scheduled time frame. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and make the repair. He also indicated that I really didn't need to repair my float switch and that saved me money. He was personable, efficient and probably cheaper than other companies would charge. This is very important to me since I have eight air conditioning units to maintain. I am pleased to have found Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling to use who will be fair and competent.

Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling is worthy of all the positive reviews/accolades seen here. We’ve used them for maintenance a repair of our boiler, as well as installation of 2 split-unit AC. The technicians are always on time, courteous and professional. Based on our interactions with technicians and office staff, it is obvious this a company with a culture of caring for customers. I wouldn’t use anyone else on the Springs.

I installed a new AC and heating unit about 5 years ago with Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling TEAM and have had excellent service. Last week, I scheduled a routine maintenance for the unit. From the front office to technician this is very professional and very well run organization. Communication was a 10 out of 10. They were on time and met all my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling had quick and accurate diagnosis of furnace problem and quick repair when part arrived. Polite and efficient mobile techs and friendly office staff. Great improvement over previous experiences with other companies. I recommend using them.

I called Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling when my furnace went out. Semaj came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. Other contractors said they would match his estimate, after quoting higher prices. I chose Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling because I felt he was honest from the start, and the kind of company I wanted to do business with. He worked around a hospice patient schedule with understanding as well. I am a female, and am grateful for his reasonable prices, honesty, and good service.
