Everyone in the office has been courteous and helpful. Dealing with them is a pleasure.

This office is unprofessional. I have called multiple times to set up how I want to receive my bill. My bill is still going to the previous owners email. I sent an email to Michelle (who is suppose to be their manager) but she lacks follow through. Whenever I call, I usually speak with Heather and she said I never signed up for email notifications but I have the confirmation that I did. Another thing... when I called back in February to update everything, I asked about the garbage bill and they said I had to call Republic Services to set that up. When I called RS, they said I had to call the water department. Its very chaotic.

Horrible place to go . Over charged for years because of a min charge. I thinking about seeing a lawyer for a class action lawsuit. Why should I pay for water Im not using?

Awful. Got laid off asked for a 1 day extension for when I could pay the bill with my last paycheck that was coming in, wouldnt extend it by 1 day told me I had til 3:30pm until shut off, showed up at noon and turned my water off. 5 kids in my house. Outstanding job! - terrible.
