        Wonderful to deal with and exceptional service. I purchased my gray market Yanmar 1401d from Sheaffer's nearly 20 years ago. It has given great service and has taken only regular service in that nearly 20 year period. One can trust them with any tractor needs.

        I never received the part I ordered after a month of waiting. I was told that it was a faxing error. Explained I wanted my money back. Did not return the money. Never supplied a part slip. Was told to ask for my money back from the companies distributor with a restocking fee because he didn't want to bug him about it. Nope. Not my fault.
