I needed an appraisal and read good reviews about Garrett. I'm glad I found his name. He came to the house within a couple of days to perform the appraisal. The process can cause some anxiety, but he has a honest demeanor and made me feel comfortable. Besides reviewing the exterior and interior of the house, he also asked questions. In addition, he did a thorough job of explaining how he would also be looking at the history of sales for similar styles of homes. The appraisal was quite detailed and completed in a timely manner. It was fair and accurate. The cost was also reasonable. I would highly recommend him!
