Jeffrey Zuehlke was our lawyer for the purchase of a condo in Chicago in 2015. I have been involved in seven previous purchases of real estate and I have never had a lawyer who was more involved and helpful in the process than Jeffrey. In previous cases the lawyers were usually only active at the closing and most interactions were with the real estate agent. Not so with Mr. Zuehlke. He advised on the title insurance, property inspection and sales contract and after the sale he was helpful in ensuring that we were set up correctly for property taxes. He actually found that there was a mistake in the records and got it corrected. We can't say enough about his professionalism. He performed well above our expectations and we would heartily recommend him for real estate transactions.
