This trailer park looks uglier than before. Torn down trailers and trees and they are leaving the lots vacant. It's not worth moving into.

Ever since this trailer park has been bought from a new owner it went from a clean place to a dirty place. And from a cheap place to afford to an expensive place.Obviously they don't know what theyre doing. If you're looking for a place to live DON'T move here.

Used to be a great place, but once YesCommunities took over - OMG, what a disaster. Not only they raised the rent and only gave us 1 week to either sign a new lease or "get out" (oh, wait, in order to get out - you at least need a notice in advance, right?). Now, they charge extra for parking (while with previous owner - 2 parking spots per home were included. There is no salting or snow plowing anymore, no leaves removal. Janitor is gone. They changed the trash contract, cut on pick up days - so if the can is overflowing (which now happens twice a week) you are not allowed to leave your bag next to trash can, you must take it back home with you and try throwing away your trash ANOTHER DAY!!! Oh, bulk items are also no longer included with service. And here is the best thing ever - nobody cares to notify residents of any new rules, everything is being passed around through gossip. If you try calling main office - you will never get through, I wonder why, right? Just Google reviews of YesCommunities from other locations and you will see it for yourself. P.S. old manager Sonia was cool and respectful, unlike new lady in the office.
