I only give a 2 star rating because of how quickly I did receive my order after I placed it. I ordered a salon chair and styling station as well as shampoo bowl. When my order came it was all piled high on one pallet and the mirror was packed on the bottom of all the other items. It was 616 pounds in total. Thank God my mirror wasnt broken. Secondly the items come with zero directions!! Its all picture only and no labeling!! Good luck putting it together. The shampoo bowl was not fitted properly so we had to go out and buy a different size nut and bolt to fit the bowl to the base. And last of all the thing that makes me most angry which could be total coincidence, but how ironic that my card that I used to pay for my items was then hacked and used fraudulently. I hadnt used that card since I purchased my items from them! $2000+ on my card!! Wont shop there ever again!!

We purchased a salon station and shampoo bowl station. The station came and there were predrilled holes that didn't line up, the holes were too big so the screws fit, 3 pull bars were broke, the drawers don't line up and don't even close at all! We've done all the things this company said to do to get the drawers to close and what it comes down to, is terrible quality and HORRIBLE customer service. We are in the middle of a dispute with this company and if need be, will be taking them to court. We wanted a refund and to return the product and they wanted us to take it all apart, put it in the original packaging and ship it back but didn't agree to a refund. This station weights a couple hundred pounds, at least, card board boxes it came in were in the recycle container since the outside of the boxes weren't damaged. When discussing this all with Art, he said, "If I took back every defective product, I wouldn't be in business.". So, this is the customer service you should expect. Attached are some photos. Also look up Deco Salon furniture for another look at how terrible this companies reviews are. They go under multiple names because of how shady this company is.

Service was great, but my credit card information was stolen right after I purchased through them. I would be wary!

Where do I start? I came across SFW  And quickly placed an order without knowing if I would be able to receive those items in time for my deadline. My representative Phat and the finance representative me things fairy easy while there were some items that were not in stock my representative was knowledgeable and easily guided me to a comparable piece of equipment. The delivery was amazing! Everything was delivered with no problem and the truck driver was extremely friendly. I will be sure to use the services of SFW again. I am very very happy with my purchase and my customer service experience with Phat an Dan.
