        Do not use them they will rob you payed over $800 for something I have had done by other locksmiths for less then $300 called customer service and they hung up on me. DO NOT USE!!

        these people don't answer the phone they probably pick up and hang up when their boss isn't around.... learn to help others as it is a part of your job ... the administrator of this review can apologize all they want but the actions now have reflected a lot in this company... im 24 writing this. i didn't know such immaturity in the workplace existed...im sorry this is the hard truth ..

        $11 for a key duplicate? I wasnt sure how bad this was until I went to another locksmith in chicago and they charged me $3. Convenient but for a machine, a kiosk, no thank you for $11.
