Decent hotel if you are traveling on a budget. I will just list some of the things I didnt like about the property. 1- Parking is in the back and didnt look very secure. 2- Beds are not actually queen size like they mention in the booking. 3- pool is out of service. 4- Rooms had an odd odor. I will say the staff were friendly and helpful. Towels were clean along with the beds. Breakfast was pretty good. They had bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles and different juices.

The Best Western Des Plaines Inn is a great choice if you're looking for a place close to O'Hare Airport, about a 10-minute drive away. I was searching for a hotel that was both affordable and clean, with free parking, and this place checked all the boxes. The staff are welcoming, there's a complimentary breakfast, and the rooms are quite roomy. Plus, there are plenty of things to do around the hotel if you find yourself with some free time. It's a solid option for anyone needing a comfortable stay without any fuss.

Nice place . Staff not very friendly . Tim was great and clean . The pool out of order so disappointed . They should mention that when you place a reservation just a few days before . Handicapped shower access was great but the curtain was too short so created a fall risk with water going everywhere . Overall i think i would not stay here again . Hotel over all seems cheaply put together and maintained
