Courtyard by Marriott Chicago O'Hare

Clean and friendly! What more could you want? How about a fantastic breakfast!? Breakfast prices are high, but they did a fantastic job. My wife and I split the bowl and we were both full. Grab a private cubby table with individual TV and remote. Very nice areas to relax. It would be nice to have table options in the courtyard area. Maybe later in the spring.

For our purpose (park for trip and stay overnight for early airport departure) it was perfect. Shuttle service was great and timely.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. I mainly booked because it included a hot tub and close to the airport but the hot tub was ice cold

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY MARRIOTT in the future!!! My iPad was stolen from here and I was told there is nothing they can do because the housekeepers did not turn it in and they do not have cameras. BULL FACE LIE!!!!!!! No cameras, lmao, please find a better lie to use if you are going to lie. Karma will get whoever did this. Sorry you are too broke to afford an iPad yourself. Have an amazing day!!!!! PS- Joy, the hotel manager- karma will come for you also. LIAR AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!

I wanted to give a better review but I'll start with the rooms were clean and comfortable and it was nice to have breakfast on site, but then things just seemed broken from there. We didn't get to use the pool because of other rude guests and then it was closed and placed out of order. We wanted a place with a pool so this was a bummer. Then many other little things weren' t in working order. Hopefully they get fixed soon.
