~came in with a healthy mouth, left without a tooth~  My first encounter and red flag was when I waited 2 hours in the waiting room despite making an appointment weeks in advance. When I finally got my turn, the x-ray machine wasn't working and thus I wasn't able to have a full examination. I came back a second time and waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The cleaning (as stated by another dentist I ended up going to) was poorly done and not thorough at all. I had some cavities to fill, so I came back a third time. I was taken to the back an hour past my scheduled time. The amount of pain and sensitivity I had after the filling was unbearable. I was out of work and could not eat solids for 5 days post-filling. I resorted to another dental practice where the dentist was horrified by what MySmiles did. The cavity filling was done so horribly that I had to get that tooth pulled out! I'm in my early 20's and that's the LAST thing anyone wants! If you want better for yourself, your kids, or loved ones, do not trust this place with your time or teeth. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism and expertise of this practice.
