I made an appointment weeks in advanced due to that was all that she had available. I showed up to my appointment at the scheduled time 11am and no one was at the salon. I waited for ten minutes and nothing. I called the number and the person who answered seemed to not remember the appointment and asked what service I had an appointment for. I stated that I had made an appointment for a perm, they then stated then could head on over. I told them I had already been waiting and didnt want to wait longer for them to drive over and then get everything set up. I find it so unprofessional. Im a single mother and dont get much time to myself and had waited weeks for this appointment. I could have gone somewhere else. They didnt even offer an apology. I told them I would take my business somewhere else
