        I come to this branch a lot to send wires and usually they are pretty fast but today Miss Samira helped me and she was quickest person ever to help me send a wire. She really knew her way to navigate the system. Thank you so much for taking care of me

        They are making it absolutely impossible to get my own money. Branch manager was absolutely worthless in trying to resolve issue. I am done with Chase Bank and this branch due to this issue

        Ishu Yousif is the Best Banker Ive met in so many years . I have been dealing with an issue on the account for over 7 days , have been back and forth at several branches , only Ishu yousif could resolve it for me . Very caring , outrageous kind and just simply amazing person . Thank you very much for your professionalism.
