Hours of op for billing office are terrible, they open after I'm already at work and close before I'm ever out. I can never reach them. Should have some later hours for working people or at least some weekend hours. Terrible customer service!

Parents: don't send your kids here. Young adults: don't bother coming here. Try a different place. Georgene M (head counselor/group leader) doesn't really care about helping others. Abby, another counselor doesn't care either - she always had a snobby attitude towards us, at least Georgene pretended to somewhat care. Georgene kicked someone out of my group that had a heroin addiction after he relapsed one time a couple weeks into treatment and then he ended up overdosing and dying shortly(a couple months) after that. He was a great kid trying to get better and off of drugs but they kicked him out of treatment after just one mistake and he ended up dying because of that. Nobody deserves that, may God bless his soul, Rest In Peace. I personally came here to get out of the habit of smoking weed (which I was able to quit right away). So I was taking my ADHD prescription (Adderall) during the beginning of my treatment because the nurses there said it was fine for me to do so as it made me able to sit still and focus more instead of being restless and fidgety, as I was not taking it for the first week of treatment. I received approval from the nurses to go ahead and take it and everyone saw the major(positive) difference it made compared to not taking it. As soon as Georgene found out I was taking my adderall she started to ridicule me in front of the group, saying I'm addicted to it, I can't be taking it, etc. So I was forced to stop taking it after she somehow convinced my mother that I can't take it a few days later. This led to others in my group to crack jokes about it constantly and basically harass me about it. In addition to all of that, even after I agreed to stop taking it, Georgene called my primary care physician and told her some BS and got me labeled as "METH ADDICT" on my profile/chart at the doctor's office, all because I was taking my medication for diagnosed(brain tests and other tests were done) ADHD. So every time I go to the doctor I see that on the computer. It's ridiculous. Every other medical professional and therapist I've talked to agrees that that was a ridiculous move on her behalf. Georgene doing this led to about 7 months of me not being able to take my medication and very harshly inconvenienced my life. I was able to get back on it a few months ago, thank God. Also, Georgene convinced my parents to not let me go to school for the semester and to not get a job. So I was basically doing nothing but a 6 hour long AA meeting(the program here is basically just that, hearing about other people's drug experiences) and going to outside AA meetings 3x/week. They say it is mandatory to go to an outside meeting everyday, even if your only "problem" is smoking weed occasionally. Rob and Nick are two good employees here which actually seem to care that we got to spend some time with, although that was probably less than 5% of total time spent there. All in all, if you are young, look for a different place. For older folks, I have heard that the program is good and works for most people(young and old groups are separated).
