I have filed every year with company and the year of the Trump I have seen a true difference. I was signed up for repaid card that I can money wasteful but can’t use to pay a bill. There’s no customer service to contact and no online access. I have used card in past years and refund was put in bank account when I called Dekalb Jackson they made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about and I had to show bank statements to prove refund was sent to bank account years before. Then they told how it changed this year. They didn’t tell me this when they set up prepaid card. And now of course there nothing they can do or tried to do. They act like I am asking for a handout. I filed with John since I been out here for last five years. This year he was cold and dismissive. Office staff was rude and unapologetic. I am sure if someone research only people with issues this year will be of a minority group. So unless you just want to waste your money on wasteful things don’t have them sign you up for prepaid cause card.
