        been with state farm for over 30 years. this office is the most disorganized and rude. there is one very nice lady (think her name was tiffany) that did her best to help. Never heard from Travis at all. from changes not taken into effect to billing being messed up.

        Had an issue with my recently purchased vehicle being added to my policy. I was very frustrated and spoke with Nancy about my policy. She helped me understand everything that happened and fixed my policy. She was very helpful and determined to fix the issue. Overall a good experience.

        This agency is completely useless. Any change or new policy will take them at least 3 to 4 weeks to accomplish. Most days they just have a sign out front the door stating that they will be back at some fictitious later time. It has been over a year now that they took over the agency from Karl Zeimetz. In this entire time, they were unable to complete a single one of my requests. Every time I need a new policy or a change, I have to call corporate to get it done. I am going to switch my agent now.
