        I called Chris Carpenter in the hottest day of the year with a non-working a/c unit and 35 guests showing up at our home that afternoon. Chris took down all of the necessary information about our specific unit, and showed up to our home personally to perform the repair due to extremely heavy workloads. We were back up and running in less than an hour. His company certainly lived up to its name and We would never consider going anywhere else for our HVAC needs. These guys are professionals!
