    Keith Smith GM and Veronica the check in clerk ruined our experience. The other staff I encountered were excellent. We had a house fire. We lost everything . Our insurance chooses this hotel. I accept based on reviews. I arrived first. My husband arrived a week later from off the road traveling for 5 hours for business. Victoria proceeded to deny looking at his ID apon arrival. Called me at work to verify his identity. Then Victoria proceeded to tell him we have to be careful and protect in case there is a restraining order or order for protection. Are you serious. If he was a man in a business suit would that have been said?This hard working man who comes to lay his head down after 5 hours travel and a house fire...has to hear this. I asked who was the evening desk clerk the next am? Victoria told me herself. I asked about my husband and his treatment as a guest. I tried to calmly talk to Victoria. I am a manager for the customer service industry, I know how to be interactive. I was calm and professional. I just wanted to understand why. She shut me down. There are people as witnesses. Kevin the GM refused to speak to my insurance company or myself as the guests...or look at the cameras to verify my interaction, see proof of my innocence to Veronicas false story. I was Appalled.Then Kevin the GM...illegally called other hotels in their area to block us from staying. Who are these people? My insurance claim manager found this out by calling the other hotels. Hilton Corporation has been involved. They verified the same This is a Defamation of character, Slander and Prejudice of insurance carrier lawsuit! My insurance company removed this hotel from their account due to this situation. I have tried to find who's Kevin Smiths boss is to get this situation resolved, but they have refused giving this information to my insurance company or myself. Shameless behavior. We had a fire on New Year's Eve and lost everything. And human beings act like this at a Hilton?! a GM and a clerk can behave like this? Represent Hilton?!. Unbelievable. I'm agast. Appalled and Disgusted.

    No pets?! I stayed at a different hotel same brand/ company and they allowed my dog !!! Whats that about?! Also children are more Destructive than my well behaved support animal! Anyways glad I left after reading the awful reviews about NO HOT TUB!! Common owner its worth fixing and making your guests happy!!! Dont be so cheap! SMH
