        Fixed my computer after a quick 1 day turnaround. Wasn't able to pick up so I had my mom go grab it for me and they offered to carry it out to the car for her. Very sweet of them! Will come back for my next issue!

        Old school customer service, you can walk in talk to a human, Samuel and Jeremy took care of my small computer problem right on the spot, with very little charge, I have a few more things they can help me with as well, and I'm definitely headed back.

        This is my 3rd time in 5 years bringing in a device to ARMOR, and I've finally learned my lesson to not return. In 2021 they wasted weeks of my time, telling me they could fix my charging port issues on my phone, only for them to wait until I arrived to tell me they couldn't fix it. Now, i've brought my phone in for a display replacement and i'm still having the same "dead pixel" issues and NEW battery issues (that weren't there prior to service). They may be friendly, but are incompetent at their jobs.

      You didn't mention the dead pixel issue. The screens have a life time warranty. You did stop back in and it sounded like a battery problem too. You just decided to walk out with out letting us take a look. Are you sure you didn't leave this review because your brother no longer works here?
